CancerVets of Naples is a privately-owned medical center specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer in pets, specifically dogs, cats and horses. We have 2 board-certified veterinary oncologists who have completed an additional 3-5 years of rigorous training in oncology after achieving their Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree. We are proud to offer the very latest in cancer care together with hope and compassion.
Our goals are to help you understand your pet’s cancer diagnosis and consult with you to prioritize diagnostic and treatment options. Together, we will maximize your pet’s quality of life. We will tailor your pet’s care specifically for your pet, your pet’s condition and your pet’s response to cancer treatment.
We have built strong relationships with many primary veterinarians in Florida. These relationships allow us to work closely with your veterinarian to provide coordinated care throughout treatment for your pet. We will closely monitor your pet’s health and quality of life throughout treatment so that your pet’s best life is maintained.
Please call to schedule a consultation with us about your pet's unique health needs and the ways in which we can help your pet have a good quality of life with you and your family.

Cancer is the leading cause of death in dogs over the age of 2, and the second leading cause of death in cats. These statistics are alarming and they must change. At CancerVets, Dr. Ratterree and Dr. Kosarek will team with you and your veterinarian to change these numbers. With advanced diagnostics, comprehensive cancer treatments and palliative care, cancer will no longer be the winner. Cancer bites, let’s fight back!
